Candyland

This mixed media painting is a joyful explosion of colour, playful shapes and hidden surprises. Bright oranges, soft pinks, turquoise, greens and purples dance together, creating a vibrant world full of warmth, movement and positive energy.

Built up with many delicate layers of fine tissue paper, small paper cutouts, acrylics, pastels, pens and oil pastels, the painting is rich in texture and unexpected details. Bold stripes, quirky dots and playful patterns overlap, revealing little secrets beneath the surface. The longer you look, the more you discover.

Working intuitively, I embraced the freedom to experiment, play and follow my imagination without rules.

For me, this painting is pure happiness – a celebration of spontaneity, creativity and the beauty of the unexpected. A colourful little universe that invites you to explore, smile and discover something new every time you look.
